David Pastrana

David Pastrana is an experienced operator and CEO with over 20 years of leadership across direct-to-consumer fashion, beauty, and wellness brands in the U.S. and Canada. Most recently, Mr. Pastrana served as President & CEO of Jenny Craig where he led the company through a major digital transformation during COVID, driving 50% CAGR in online sales and delivering record profitability across the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Previously, he was CEO of INDITEX USA, overseeing ZARA, ZARA HOME, and Massimo Dutti, and led the company’s North American expansion, doubling revenue in three years while maintaining double-digit EBITDA margins. He has also led the turnaround of ZARA’s Canadian business and held senior leadership roles at global brands including White House Black Market and Topshop.

David holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and an MBA from INSEAD. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, a father, a motorcycle enthusiast and a dedicated CrossFit athlete.

Romain Kapadia

Romain Kapadia is a serial entrepreneur and independent sponsor with over 20 years of experience building and investing in businesses across the hospitality and consumer sectors. Mr. Kapadia is currently the owner and operator of a fast-growing event services platform comprising venues, catering, and full-service production. He built the company from the ground up to eight figures in revenue and continues to lead its expansion, focused on vertical integration and opening new locations. Previously, Romain was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of S Group Capital, the predecessor platform to Founders Capital, where he led capital raises for three platform acquisitions and supported multiple add-on transactions. As an independent sponsor, he has led or participated in over $100 million of financings.

Romain holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from INSEAD. He is an avid traveler who has visited over 70 countries and all seven continents, an international marathoner, and an amateur surfer.
